When Hudson Realty Group came to us, they were mainly using Google AdWords to get their website in front on searchers. Their business is focused on local searchers, so Petit Robot customized an SEO strategy specifically for the NJ & NYC areas. Our strategy comprised of full on-site optimization and website restructuring, off-site link building and relevant, related site profiles. At the completion of the project, Hudson Realty Group saw a 111% increase in organic traffic, a 203% increase in average time on site, a decreased bounce rate of 3.9% and an increase in their referral traffic of 287%.
By focusing on the different ways people search for real estate, we used several websites to bring in new leads. Currently they are on page one of Google for several of their search terms, and also on the local, real estate search engines that tend to bring in more pre-qualified customers.
